Patty Kreates Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Once we receive your order, it will take 3 to 5 business days to process. After processing, your order will be shipped based on the shipping option you selected and the postal carrier chosen. Typically, once your order is shipped, domestic mail takes about 5 to 7 days for delivery. Please note that this does not account for weekends, holidays, or weather conditions that may interfere with timely delivery.

If your product does not arrive by the estimated date, according to our policy, you must wait an additional 14 days past the estimated delivery date. If the item has still not arrived by that time, you can submit a refund request, and we will take care of processing your refund.

After reaching this 14-day limit, both the buyer and the customer are obligated to file a claim with the postal service for a lost package. Once you have done this, please send proof of the claim to our email at pattykreates@gmail.com, and we will proceed with a full refund for your order.

We are not responsible for estimated delivery delays once the order has left our offices. The buyer is responsible for checking the transit status of their order with their local postal service, as weather conditions or holidays can sometimes affect delivery times. Once the package is in the hands of the postal service, it is beyond our control.

Domestic and international shipping options: Only USA and Puerto Rico

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs and local taxes. We will only cover the shipping cost if our shop is running a promotion that includes free shipping.

If a product arrives damaged or seller error and the customer requests a replacement, we will cover the shipping costs for that replacement, or customer can request a refund.
