Refund policy


Our products are handmade and made to order, which means each item is crafted just for you. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations:

Once we have received your order, customers have a 2-hour window to make changes to their orders. After this 2-hour period, if the customer contacts us to request a cancellation or changes to the order while it is in process, the cancellation or refund request will be denied.

Returns:

Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or has a printing error. The buyer must provide proof of the damage or error. Once we receive and verify the proof, the customer may request a replacement of the same product at no shipping cost. Damage Product proof must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. After that, the request will be denied. If the product arrived damaged or with a printing error, please contact us at pattykreates@gmail.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

Refunds Only (for Damaged Products or Seller Errors):

If your product arrives damaged or seller errors, you have the right to request a full refund. To proceed, please send us photo or video proof of the damage within 3 days of the delivery date. Once we review and confirm the issue, your full refund will be processed right away. If we do not receive proof within the 3-day limit, the refund request will be denied.
